We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that boots must be returned in their original box and show no signs of wear on the soles to be eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer hat shaping services for online orders?
Currently, our online felt and straw hats are shipped with their factory profile. For custom shaping or brim trimming, we invite you to visit our physical storefront to work with our master hatters.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Can I exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer easy exchanges. Simply initiate an exchange through our online portal, and once we receive your original item in new condition, we will ship out your replacement size at no additional shipping cost to you.
